From September 2026, all orders that include physical products such as printed past exam papers will include a shipping fee of £7.50, and orders will be shipped on a 24 hour Parcelforce service, with tracking details supplied to customers via email. This ensures that all shop orders are delivered as efficiently as possible, and will arrive with customers within five working days.
Orders of physical products will also include a £5.50 handling fee, which will be waived on orders over £100.00.
Orders of digital products will not include shipping and handling fees.
