Printed papers
We process orders daily, so your order is printed on demand very quickly, and it is not possible to change or cancel your order once it has been placed. We encourage our customers to check their orders carefully before completing their purchases.
As your exam papers are printed specifically for you, they are not refundable and cannot be returned. If you have received the wrong products, or if any are missing from your order, please submit a ticket quoting your order number and the item(s) incorrectly supplied, and we will assist you.
Digital papers
Customers are granted access to digital papers as soon as the order is completed, so we do not accept returns or refunds for these products.
