ISEB is changing the way shipping and handling fees are calculated on its online shops. From September 2026, all orders that include physical products such as printed past exam papers will include a shipping fee of £7.50, and orders will be shipped on a 24 hour Parcelforce service, with tracking details supplied to customers via email. This ensures that all shop orders are delivered as efficiently as possible, and will arrive with customers within five working days. Orders of physical products will also include a £5.50 handling fee, which will be waived on orders over £100.00.
Orders of digital products will not include shipping and handling fees.
Advance Orders and pre-orders of printed past papers and geography maps placed by schools with an ISEB School Account will not include a shipping fee, however the £5.50 handling fee will be charged on orders under £100.00.
