Printed papers
Our printed papers are printed on demand and dispatched via Parcelforce courier within 24 to 48 hours as a standard. Our delivery period can take up to five business days, depending on where you are in the United Kingdom.
If you would like to request a tracking number for your order, or if your order has yet to arrive after five business days, please submit a ticket.
Digital Bundles
If you ordered Digital Bundles of exam papers, these will become instantly available in your school’s ISEB School Account. If you are yet to receive access to the Digital Bundles you ordered, please submit a ticket.
Advance Orders
Past papers are embargoed until their corresponding exam session has finished. Advance Orders of print and digital past papers will be delivered on the last day of their corresponding exam session. Read our Annual Advance Order Schedule to see a list of dates for 2024.
Pre-orders
You can still pre-order printed papers after the Advance Order period has closed, but these will be at full price and delivered the week after the last day of their corresponding exam session. If you have yet to receive your Advance Order or pre-order after five business days from their scheduled despatch date, please submit a ticket.
