As your exam papers are printed specifically for you, they are not refundable and cannot be returned - we encourage you to check your order carefully before checking out. If you have received the wrong papers, or if any papers are missing from your order, please contact us quoting your order number and the item(s) incorrectly supplied, and we will assist you further.
