First check that you are logging into the right platform.
If you are trying to register your child for the Common Pre-Tests, select their invigilation centre, or update their SEND status, you will need to log in through the Common Pre-Tests Guardian Portal.
If you are trying to access an existing account for the ISEB online shop, you should see this login page on your screen:
If you need to request a new password, click the “Forgot login details?” link. We will issue a link to your email to help you set a new password.
