What is an Advance Order?

Modified on Tue, 09 Jan 2024 at 01:35 PM

Schools with verified ISEB Schools accounts can place an ‘Advance Order’ of the exam papers from the next Common Entrance exam session at a discounted price. The Advance Order opens at a pre-determined time before the live exams are sat, and lasts for up to three weeks. To find out the dates for the next Advance Order, see our Annual Advance Order Schedule.

Schools can place an Advance Order for the papers in printed form or as digital PDFs on a CD pack. Advance Orders of printed papers and CD packs will ship to schools on the last day of the corresponding exam session, allowing schools to access the past papers immediately after the session ends.

Digital Bundles of the past papers will also become available to schools after the last day of the exam session. These are not available for schools to pre-order, but once purchased, the files are immediately available to download. For more information about Digital Bundles, please see our article ‘What are Digital Bundles and when are they available?’

After the Advance Order closes, the papers for the session will remain available to pre-order, but at the normal price. Any pre-orders of printed papers placed will also ship after the session ends and the Advance Orders have been shipped out.

After the exam session ends, the past papers will be available as print-on-demand items at the normal price.
